My partner and I are both police officers and have been suffering some severe financial struggles over the past two years. We are currently in the process of submitting and IVA and the advisor has given some good advice. My question is that as we have informed work what action we are taking what can work do with regards disciplinary action for having an IVA or worse bankruptcy?
